If you are a married female and you took money from someone who asked you to masterbate for them and your husband was there can he press charges of prostitution?

Answer:

This is unclear. When you say "he" if you mean your husband, probably not. If "he" is the person who paid, maybe but unless this was a sting by uncover cops, unlikely.
