What are my legal options to make my ex wife stop verbally abusing me around the kids?
Full Question:
My wife and I are separated, I have the children 4 days a weeks and she has them 3 days a week. During the normal course of the care of our children and their medical issues, conversing, texting and emailing with my soon to be ex wife is required. She has persistently been verbally abusive to me via email, text and phone. This also occurs in front of the children. I will not engage in any exchange, but still require relavent information regarding the children. Besides asking her to stop this behavior, what are my legal options to get her to stop this abuse and no longer exhibit this negative behavior in front of the children.

Answer:
You may request a good will order from the court. The court will sometimes issue a good-will order to a parent to refrain from parental alienation — using words or actions that will interfere with the parent-child relationship.
