Is it true that you can sue the woman who has broken up your marriage (i.e. husbands mistress)? Also, how long can I contest the divorce?

Answer:

This was called "alienation of affections". It is no longer recogized in Texas. See Alienation of Affection States

There is no limit on the time (length of time) to contest a divorce. Once the divorce is granted the contest is over.
