Will a judge grant a divorce if the woman is pregnant?
Full Question:
When I was married to my first husband of 18 years, we started having problems with our marriage. I had an affair and during that affair I got pregnant with my daughter who is now 12 years old. My first husband and I divorced when I was 6 months pregnant. One month before I had my daughter I married the man I had the affair with. The hospital said I had to put my husbands name on the birth certificate. I told the nurse that my first husband could be the father and she put my husband's name on it any ways. I have tried to get a blood test for the past 12 years and they will not let me have one. Is the judge allowed to give you a divorce if you are 6 months pregnant in the state of Ohio? And how can a judge give custody to a man who may not be the child's father with out blood test that is being asked for by the mother.
