Can the landlord change the locks, or enter the garage without my permission since I am moving?

My lease was is up the end of May and I am paid until then. I gave written notice to landlord 30 days in advance. Moving out stuff from May 9th and still have the gargage to move stuff out of. The manager keeps pushing to show the place and said she did not have my phone number to call. I had rented from this company for two years and had the same phone number. Given it to her several times. She has said she will change the locks if she can not get in. Told her she can show the house but not the garage without an apointment. Can she change the locks, or enter the garage without my permission??
Generally, a landlord has the right to enter the premises at reasonable times to inspect, maintain, and show the premises. Except in the case of emergency, a landlord must gain permission from the tenant in order to enter. The Tenant may not unreasonably deny permission. Either party may obtain injunctive relief from the courts if the other party is unreasonable regarding access issues.
