In Pennsylvania if I am 18 can I refuse to go home or will I be put in jail?

I am 18; if i refuse to go home, can the police send me to jail or force me to go home?
The age of majority in Pennsylvania is 21. Until you are an adult or are emancipated your legal guardian/custodian may seek assistance to have you returned to their custody.
