Yes, a LLC may transfer property to an individual as a grantor in a quit claim deed. A representative of the company will sign the deed in his/her representative capacity by adding the title of the position held in the company along with the signature. For example, a person may sign as John Doe, President, rather than merely Joe Doe, to indicate the action is taken in a representative capacity on behalf of the company and under the authorized powers to transfer the asset.
