Can the Employer Create a House Account in An Exclusive Territory?
Does a Principal have the right to make an account a house account in an Exclusively assigned territory? The account is a factory in the same state as headquarters and in my territory? I have made contacts at this particular factory and do work for other other factories in this exclusively named territory in my contract?
