Is it considered legitimite and moral for a Guardian/Daughter to be reimbursed the costs of gifting to the ward through the Guardian checking account without the ward being informed?
This is a true form of deceit, is it not? Birthday cakes inscribed "Happy Birthday Dad", Birthday, Christmas and Father's day gifts etc...
The court approved her long list of expenditures but, I feel there were a lot of things that were over looked . This is just one of them.

Answer:
The Court approved them so it would require a Motion for Reconsideration to undo. It is not uncommon for the Court to approve incidental expenses.
