What Should I Do if Someone Steals and Uses My Social Security Number?
I was informed someone had obtained my ss number without my permission (via internet and in person and yes I know who it is) and has been trying to conduct background checks on me and pose as me in order to obtain info at a hospital. Is this illegal and if so how can I proceed legally?

I need my South Carolina driver's license and my identification back. What can I do without identification in order to get all these documents back?
