I have to write a contract and have it signed. I'm in the process of getting a patent for a new laundry detergent. I had to hire additional help to complete the patent. What the contract will be asking a cosmetic chemist is to accept salary payment to help me get a patent. After the contract is written by a lawyer, ask the cosmetic chemist to sign the salary acceptance contract, and the contract will be given to the patent attorney to complete the remaining process of me getting a patent. what type of lawyer do I need to hire to write a business contract for a cosmetic chemist.
