Amazon blocks bookseller from Amazon.com website.
Full Question:
Answer:
You have yourself personally tried to resolve your delisting dispute with Amazon. Your attempt to get Amazon to rescind its delisting of you as a seller on Amazon.com was unsuccessful and now appears to be permanent. Inasmuch as this is a dispute between private parties your only options may be either: (1) to accept Amazon's delisting and work with other online booksellers, (2) to review your written listing agreement with Amazon, if any, to see if it mandates or authorizes arbitration or mediation of any dispute between the parties, or (3) consult an experienced internet lawyer to determine if you have grounds for a valid claim against Amazon for delisting. The third alternative would be expensive and time-consuming, even if it is feasible. Both the second and third alternates require consulting a knowledgable and experienced lawyer. As between the second and third alternatives, the second is the more reasonable, but neither may be affordable or realistic.
