Can I force the sell of my husband's LLC?
Full Question:
Can I force the sell of my husband's LLC?
Supporting LLC debts for 4 years has ruined us financially. He used all our retirement funds, children's college funds, taken out 7 credit cards and maxed them all out, used all equity in house, my health insurance was cut off due to nonpayment, uses all his income for LLC expenses, and has managed to put all accounts (credit cards, checking, savings etc) into his name only. I have no access to any money. No money for food or household expenses. I spent all of my savings keeping the household together and buying food.
My daughter helps buy me food but she is struggling to support herself while going to college full time. She is eligible for grants but has been denied because her father refuses to get his taxes filed in time. He just filed his 2004 taxes last month.
He goes to restaurants and golfs.
Federal Government has lien on our house.
He is past bankruptcy and continues to go deeper into debt while leaving me with no money to live.
