Can a restaurant refuse service to me if I haven't done anything wrong?
Full Question:
Can a restaurant refuse service to me if I haven't done anything wrong? I used to work there and I quit because I felt I was being harassed. An employee that works there now (a server) is dating a cook that I used to date. I have never done anything wrong or disrupted anyone, however, I saw a customers car parked there and wanted to go in and show her my new baby, and they told me at the door that whenever this server is working, I am not allowed in the restaurant. Is this legal?

Answer:
A restaurant has a right to refuse service to a patron if not based on discriminatory reasons, such as race, religion, gender, nationality, age or physical disability.
