Am I legally obligated to allow usage of the garage now that the property is in my name?

My wife and I were able to move into her grandparents home after their death by an agreement between the heirs and ourselves that we would pay off an equity loan, and allow the male heirs use of the garage to perform routine maintenance on their vehicles, all of which is in a document signed by all parties as an agreement. As always, relationships sour over property, and the previously stated male members want to control the conditions of the garage.
Am I legally bound to continue to allow them access to my property that is deeded in my name
