HOw do I legally have my name removed from a deed of Trust?
I bought a home with someone and as of today I am no long at this address. How do I legally have my name removed from the loan and the deed?

Need to know which form we need to use in putting 3 daughters on a mortgage deed. The house was paid off years ago. Dad recently passed away, but Mom's name is on the deed, which it needs to stay on it, but she wants to add our names to it also. I've been looking at these forms on line and am confused.
