Full Question:
If I have received Social Security Disability since 2003, and received a lump sum settlement from workers compensation in 2007. This was not reported as it was not asked for. Do I have to pay back Social Security? How much? I do not have the money anymore.

It s very possible there will be an offset in your Social Security payment. The amount owed will be a matter of calculation for the Social Security Administration. We suggest you contact them at toll-free at 1-800-772-1213
