on entry of appearance and waiver of service form where it states that she waives service of process through the manner prescribed by law and she voluntarily enters her appearance in the matter does it mean i am giving up any rights and they can go thru court at any time and without any settlement from me signed and they can do whatever he wants. please let me know if i should sign or talk to lawyer

If you sign a waiver of service you relieve the plaintiff of the obligation for personal service by a process server,give up a right to proof of service, and allow voluntary acceptance of service. It does not affect anything except your right to receive notice by formal means. By signing the waiver, you accept the method of service and that you agree that the method of service is just as valid as if someone personally handed it to you.
