Can adultery be brought into a divorce trial, or criminal trial, to be used by the procescution for a convicition or means to martial dividing of property in the state of Colorado?

Answer:

While adultery is a criminal offense in Colorado, I suggest calling the local prosecutor's office to determine the likelihood of prosecution. Colorado is a no-fault divorce state.
