Can the landlord refuse to accept payment if you are constantly late and can I be evicted?
Full Question:
If aperson is late with their rent, but pays it late and recieves a letter from the landlord saying they refuse to accept the payment and they are on amonth to month lease does that mean they are going to be evicted? If so how long would they have before they would have to vacate the premises
