Full Question:
I live in the state of Florida. My 16 year old daughter (soon to be 17, already graduated High School) wishes to live with the boyfriend and his mother. Am I still responsible for her? What kind of trouble could I get in if I allowed her to go?

Answer:
Yes, you are still responsible unless she becomes emancipated. Failure to supervise and protect a minor may make a parent liable for a number of charges.
