My husband fathered a baby outside our marriage. The mother of the child is asking for him to sign over paternity. Paternity has never been established If he does this will he still pay child
support?

I'm assuming the mother is asking him to relinquish his rights as a father. Once an order is entered that releases a parent from their rights and obligations to the child, no further child support payments will be due. However, child support payments owed prior to the order may
be collected.
