How Do I Consolidate Adjoining Lots?
Full Question:
I own two adjacent properties and the township has asked me to consolidate them into one lot. I have obtained a new legal description but am unclear which document if any do I need to accompany the description in order to record with the clerk in Gloucester County, NJ.
