Can property deeded as "Joint tenants in common with right to surviorship" be revoked?
Full Question:
Can property deeded as "Joint tenants in common with right to surviorship" be revoked? sold? or changed in anyway? I always thought it was, whom ever out lived the other would gain 100% ownership and nothing could be done before that happened.
