Can I Use Another Realtor if I Haven't Signed a Contract With a Realtor?

I have been working with a broker for about two months, she has showed me homes in Raleigh, I have NO contract with her what so ever. Can she hold me to anything if I decide to use another realtor? Suppose I decide to purchase a home she once showed me? Please reply

If you are the buyer, the commission is not your responsibility. The sellers pay the commission. If you are the seller, you on the other hand, will need to pay a commission to both the listing and selling agent even if they are not the same person. The two agents, seller agent and buyer agent negotiate how much each gets.
If you signed a buyer representation with that realtor, you are to remain loyal to that agent. You cannot use another agent. The buyer representation agreement will disclose if there is a commision the buyer pays IF ANY, which usually is none.
