How do I make my will legally binding?
Full Question:
If I have valid will prepared, I have two witnesses over age 18 to witness and sign. I live in CA, do I then sign the documents and then present to notary or do they sign and I take documents to notary whom will witness my signature and notarize?

All signatures being notarized should be made in the presence of the notary.
