Full Question:
If I'm living with someone and one is on social security and the other party is working, and we decide on going in on a deed of a home. How does one split half and half if one doesn't make as much as the other! If one party takes care of the house and all...and couldn't afford to split all the bills...but rent and gas and ect.
My question is, should they not be allowed on the deed due to this. Should they just get a least because they can not afford to pay half of all the bills.
