How Can I Get a Car Registered if I Never Got the Title?
Full Question:
Answer:
Yes, it is possible that an attorney could apply for a court order to have the title issued in his name. A court order or valid certificate of title properly endorsed by the owner transferring ownership to the individual to whom the mobile home or trailer is registered is required in order to obtain a Florida Certificate of Title.
Under certain circumstances, the Division of Motor Vehicles will authorize the registration of motor vehicles or mobile homes, which are not lawfully titled in Florida. These registrations are referred to as "Registration Only" registrations and are processed through the county tax collectors office.
