What is the punishment for perjury in Texas ?
My friend was under contract to buy a house he spent 20k in remodeling 10k in escrow. He backed out and wanted the escrow back. Now, they are suing him for 40k claiming he was rehabilitating the home without their consent, when the seller was practically dictating the construction!
