When Does Probation Begin and Does it Include Time Spent in Jail?
I was arrested and subsequently convicted of possession of a controlled substance..........as a result from the felony conviction, I was sentenced to the standard 10 days county jail and 18 months probation. My question is; does my probation actually start upon completion of my jail sentence, or before?

My Fiancé and I have recently been put on supervised probation for felony charges; we were co defendants. Our probation officer told us that we are not allowed to see each other for the span of our probation, two years. Is there anyway around that? I've been on probation for nearly three years with four more years to go. My file has had three false documents inserted. I've written the probation officers supervisor and two of the files have been removed. is there any kind of recourse or anything I can do and doesn't that contaminate the file?
