What are Exceptions to Registering as a Sex Offender in California?
My offence happened in 1954-I was deemed a sexual psychopath under the sexual psychopathy act here in ca. Now they are called mentally deranged sex offender have to register every year.Is there any way I can get exemption. Assault wit the intent to commit rape. I was 19-she was 18.-55 plus years-I have never re offended.
