How do I collect a Judgement on my ex-wife?
I have a judgement against my ex-wife on our divorce settlement she never paid. Can I put an attachment on my child support payments. My understanding is if it can be done that I would have to get the attachment sent to the agency that processes the payment. I would still send in the payment and they would send it back to me. Is that correct?
