What rights to we as grandparents have since our son never married the mother of our grandchild?
Full Question:
My grandson's mother and my son is no longer in a relationship. She has a new boyfriend and stays with her boyfriend & mother. Our grandchild is 11 months old and has stayed with us off and on his entire life until 2 months ago when his mother got involved with her current boyfriend. The new boyfriend and mother will not let us ( grandparents) see our grandson. What rights do we have since she and my son were never married?
