What are Grandparents rights in the state of Pennsylvania?
Full Question:
Mother and Father of child not married. They resided together until she decided to leave. Previous to that the paternal grandparents had the child every Saturday to Sunday and babysat when needed in between. Now that the Mother has seperated from our son, we are being denied visitation. The child is 3 months old. Do we have any rights with the Pennsylvania Courts for visitation?
