What are my rights to my grandson as his grandmother?
Full Question:
I live in Kansas but my grandson lives in Maryland. My estranged daughter inlaw refuses to let my side of the family especially me, the grandmother to see my grandson. I do not get to Md. alot but I would like to know what rights I do have and his greatgrandparents rights also. It is somewhat confusing because my son and her are on and off again.She has a 4 yr. old which the state is investigating for neglect. I need to know my rights as a grandmother because I do not want my grandson to go into the system.
