My brother and I did not give my sister ownership to guardianship of my mom on her own we found out she filed papers and went to court without us knowing. What can I do?

You are entitled to notice in a Guardianship proceeding under Wisconsin law. If notice was not given the Court lacks jurisdiction and any order would would not be valid. Please review the sections of the statutes dealing with Guardianships and notice, as well as who is entitled to notice. You may want to file a Motion to intervene or set aside the order but one question may be will it change the appointment of will the Court appoint her anyway. You should consult a local attorney if you have a problem with the appointment.
