Answer:
A judgment will often only show a first and last name and be enforceable. If the person named in the judgment can be reasonably identified as the party named in the lawsuit who owes the debt, the fact that the last name isn't included won't void the judgment. If it it were an error to omit the middle name, such a clerical error won't invalidate a judgment. Such errors are considered ministerial and of little significance.
