Generally, Landlord A can evict Tenant B if Landlord A receives written notice from any law enforcement agency that Tenant B has sold drugs or has engaged in gang activity in the residential unit or on Landlord A's property. In most jurisdictions, Landlord A must give Tenant B notice five days in advance of the demand to vacate the premises.
