As a general rule, few, if any, states requires a manager of an apartment complex to live on-site. The Nevada residential landlord-tenant statutes may be viewed online at http://search.leg.state.nv.us/isysquery/irl7f5c/1/doc. My review of those statutes reveals no requirement that any manager of an apartment complex must reside on-site in the complex.
