Does Social Security recognize a court degree that I am the spouse of someone?
Full Question:
I have a court order stating it is ordered & decreed that I am the spouse of someone, does the social security recognize this document and notarized copies presented before the judge?
I was in probate for 2 yrs. and the judge ruled the I was his spouse. Now ssa does not want to recognize anything.
