Does Ohio have community property laws? My niece is married, but not on loan or home her husband is delinquent on and is being sued.

Ohio is not a community property state, so the laws applicable in a community property state which hold all debts contracted from the beginning of the marriage until the date of separation as community debts, do not apply.
