Do I need an attorney to look over my prenuptial agreement?
Full Question:
Do each of us have to have an attorney to look over this prenup if we order it and fill it out, or do we just take it to the court ourselves. If we have your company fill it out does that avoid having to have an attorney look at it. I see on the sample a place for two attorneys to sign.
Also If there something in it that addresses if one becomes disable.

Answer:
It is advisable to consult with an attorney before signing. In UT-00590, the agreement states as follows:
"The parties agree that each party shall provide for the payment of their individual health care, convalescence and funeral expenses out of their separate estate so as not to be a financial burden on each other."
Other terms regarding disability may be added.
