If child support has been placed on my son what are his rights to visitation?

I have a 28 yr old son who is not married but had child support papers filed on him. On the form the mother stated she has 100% custody of their daughter. Does this mean he has no legal rights to visit or see his daughter?

A parent has the right to visitation or custody unless those rights are terminated or modified. The papers you mention to require that he pay child support could be a paternity action. In most situations, visitation and other rights can be determined in that action, or if not in a sepearate action to make visitation rulings. Yes, he does have potential rights.
