When am I required to change my driver's license if my name has changed?
Full Question:
I just legally changed my last name from Smith back to Jones. Double name was causing too much confusion. Smith is the last name of my 1st husband and my 6 children. I'm still married to Jones. Question is: Am I Mrs. or Ms?? Probate court couldn't give me an answer. They said I'm married so I could use Mrs., but I'm technically no longer Mrs. Smith. Also should I change my driver's license right away or wait until it comes up for renewal?

You can use Mrs. You can change the license now or wait depending on your desire. There is no legal requirement on when to change it on your driver's license.
