Is a Verbal Agreement to Buy a Home Valid and Enforceable?
is a verbal contract for the purchase of a home, legal in florida. Does an agreement to buy certain of the homes items upon completing my purchase of the sale and signing this imply that i will buy the home.Am I then legally obligated?
