What recourse do I have to force the neighbor to move their chickens from near my home?
My neighbor has chicken and baby chicks on his property. They have them caged by our bedroom windows. These chicks chirp constantly - so much so I have a headache daily from the noise. Also I cannot use the bedrooms if I want to nap because of the noise. What recourse do I have?
