How do I change the deed on the property that I inherited from my mother?

My mother passed in December. She was divorced and I am her only child. Her property was only in her name. In her "Last Will and Testament" she left me the property which is in the value of around $30,000. What do I need to do for me to have this property put in my name along with my wife and father?
