Is there anything that I can do to get my name removed from a mortgage loan that I signed a quit claim deed over to my ex-boyfriend? We live reside in the state of Maryland.

In order to take his name off the mortgage and put your name on it, it would need to be an assumable mortgage. Otherwise, you may need to refinance the property to get the mortgage in your name.
