Can I file a lawsuit if seller and realtor never disclosed problems with leaks and mold in basement?
I bought a house 2 weeks ago. The sellers did not disclose that they had problems with water in celler for years (told by neighbor as soon as we moved in. Also said the realtor knew about this problem). The home does have a sump pump but seller did not tell us if power goes out. We would have 3 feet of water in basement, which happened.
