I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and was discharged. My wife passed away not long after and I had consigned with her on a car.Is the car mine to keep?

If the car is paid off then it would go under her estate to her heirs or under her Will. If it is not paid for the fact you filed bankruptcy would not mean the lender could not repossess the car if the loan is not paid. If there was no Will and there are no children you are her heir. if there are children, you and the children are heirs.
